DESCRIPTION:
AWS ERCuAl-A2 is one kind of aluminum bronze welding wire with iron , which is resistant to abrasion, seawater and common acid corrosion.
 
APPLICATION:
it is usually used for welding aluminum bronze, manganese silicon bronze, some copper nickel alloys, iron-based alloys and dissimilar metals (such as aluminum bronze and steel, copper and steel). It is also used for abrasion and abrasion resistance surfacing of corroded surfaces. It can also be used for flame spraying.

ATTENTION:
1. In argon arc welding, it is recommended to use large flow and low flow velocity gas to ensure good protection of welding pool.

2. Thin plate adopts V-shaped groove; thicker plate adopts V-shaped or X-shaped groove and needs to be padded.

3. It is better to use flat position welding. In the presence of pulsed arc welding equipment and welder operation technology is good In this case, other welding positions can also be carried out.

4. This kind of welding wire is not recommended for gas welding, because there will be aluminum oxide in the welding pool, which will affect the welding quality
