Product Description

                                    Flux Cored Tubular Welding Wire E71T-GS

E71T-GS is  a self-shielded flux-cored welding wire with excellent arc stability. It can obtain a good bead shape during vertical and overhead welding.

Welding joints without defects can also be obtained at wind speeds of about 10M / S. This electrode is intended for welding thin-gauge carbon steel, ranging from 3/16" to 22 gauge.

Typical Applications: 
Lightweight steel frame, butt welding, fillet welding and lap welding of agricultural machinery.
Suitable for welding with low impact value requirements and plate thickness 1.0-4.5MM.

Attention :
1. Welding work pieces should be treated to remove water, oil, and rust.
2. Please use DC (-) for the welding current; note-it is only necessary to change the polarity of the voltage detection line due to the different power supply
3. The welding wire extension length is maintained at 10 ~ 20mm.
4. The humidity of the welding wire warehouse should be kept below 60%
5. The storage time of non-vacuum packaging welding wire should not exceed half a year, and the storage time of vacuum packaging welding wire should not exceed one year.
