AWS ER5356 HOT PRODUCT ALUMINUM ALLOY WELDING WIRE

DESCRIPTION:

      ER5356 is an aluminum-magnesium alloy wire containing a small amount of titanium. It has good corrosion resistance, thermal crack resistance and high strength.

APPLICATION:

      Suitable for argon-arc welding of aluminum-magnesium alloys. Also used in the welding of aluminum-zinc-magnesium alloys and the welding of aluminum-magnesium castings. It can also be used for the welding of aluminum-magnesium-manganese alloys and aluminum-magnesium-manganese-silicon alloys. It is the largest amount of aluminum alloy welding wire.

ATTENTION:

1. Before welding, the edges of the workpiece and the surface of the welding wire should be strictly cleaned of oxide film and oil contamination.
2. Pads can be used to hold the molten metal during welding to ensure the formation of welds.
3. Oxyacetylene gas welding must be used together with aluminum gas flux.
