DESCRIPTION:
1) Reduce the surface tension of the molten droplet, make the droplet particles finer, and stabilize the arc;
2) Improve the wettability of the droplet metal, make the weld bead beautiful, and prevent defects such as incomplete penetration, slag inclusion, and pores, and improve the quality of weld formation;
3) The melting point of the slag is low, the amount of slag is small, and there is no need to clean the slag within three layers.
APPLICATION:
ER308 is the most widely used welding wire, commonly used in petrochemicals, pressure vessels, food machinery, medical equipment, fertilizer equipment, textile machinery, nuclear reactors, etc., such as 12Cr18Ni9 (SUS 302), 06Cr18Ni10 (SUS304) and other materials welding
ATTENTION:
1. Ar+(1%~3%) O2 is recommended for the ratio of shielding gas;
2. When welding outdoors, when the wind speed is greater than 1.5m/s, appropriate wind-proof measures should be taken to prevent air holes.
