                 MIG TIG ER70s-6 Copper Alloy Welding Wire

DESCRIPTION:
AWS ER70S-6 is a low alloy steel gas shielded welding wire. Protected with pure Co2 or Ar+CO2 gas. Stable arc, Jow spatters, excellent fabrication weld ability  And low sensitivity of weld gas porosity can be obtained during welding.lt is suitable for all position welding especially with large welding current range. It  can show very good welding performance.

APPLICATION:
Suitable for single-pass and multi-pass welding for structures fabricated by carbon steel and 500MPa grade low alloy steel, such as vehicles,Construction and mechanical structures etc.

Precautions and operation points
1.In order to obtain good mechanical properties of the weld, pure argon is used as the welding protector.
 
2.Protective gas flow: 9 ~ 14L / min when current is 100A ~ 200A, and current is 200A ~ 300A.The length of the tungsten electrode should be as short as possible relative to the nozzle, and the arc length should be less than 11 ~ 4mm (2 ~ 4mm for carbon steel welding and 1 ~ 3mm for low alloy steel welding).

3. When the wind speed is greater than 1.0 m / s, windproof measures should be taken; pay attention to ventilation to avoid injury to the operator.

4. The impurities such as oil, rust and water should be strictly removed during welding.

5. In the welding process, the welding line energy has a direct impact on the mechanical properties and resistance of weld metal .More attention should be paid to the crack resistance.
