DESCRIPTION:
AWS ERCuSi-A is a silicon bronze welding wire with a small content of
Manganese, which has good corrosion resistance after welding

APPLICATION:
Used in the argon arc welding of silicon bronze, red copper, brass, copper and steel, as well as steel &cast iron surfacing, such as heavy machinery and rolling stock parts friction surface. Because of its good corrosion resistance, less burning loss of zinc coating and good corrosion resistance of brazed joint, it is widely used in automobile door frame and motorcycle parts.

ATTENTION:
1.for GMAW, it is recommended to use the small pool of welding method, and the interlayer temperature are lower than 65 ° C to reduce the hot cracks. The narrow pass, which can reduce the shrinkage stress, increase the cooling rate and cross the hot brittle temperature range.

2. Using the small pool of welding method, even without preheating, the best effect can be obtained. All position welding is allowed, but flat position welding is preferred.
