Application
Used for welding nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy, also used for welding and surfacing with nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy surface
Attention
a:When Ar gas is used as shielding gas, the current is 100-200A, the gas flow rate is 10-15L/min.It is advisable to use a backside inflation protection to prevent the bead from oxidizing on both sides.
b:When the arc length is too long, it will lead to poor gas protection and prone to blowholes. The arc length is 2-3mm; The length of tungsten pole is 3-5mm.
c.Before welding, the oxide and impurities of the workpiece's welding edge and wire surface must be removed
