Applications:LowC-18Cr-12Ni-2.5Mo steel used,has a better corrosion resistance than MIG316 when welding SUS316L.
 

DESCRIPTION:
      ER316 is 19-Cr-12Ni-2Mo stainless steel gas shielded welding wire. The deposited metal has excellent corrosion resistance, heat resistance and crack resistance. Because it contains Mo, it has excellent corrosion resistance to acetic acid, sulfite, phosphoric acid and salts. Good welding operation, stable arc, beautiful shape, less splash. Can be welded in all positions.
APPLICATION:
     Mainly suitable for welding of stainless steel in chemical industry and power engineering structure, such as AISI316L, SUS316L.
ATTENTION:

1. Protective gas ratio recommended Ar+(1%-3%)O2
2. Gas flow: 20~25L/min
3. Dry elongation: 15~25mm
4. Remove rust, moisture, oil, and dust from the solder joint
5. In outdoor welding, appropriate windproof measures shall be taken when the wind speed is greater than 1.5m/s to prevent the generation of air holes.
